Arrived well packaged. Not flimsy. Has everything I need for installation minus simple tools have not installed yet so can not comment on function.

This faucet is so beautiful. The black matte finish is so nice. It was so easy to install. It comes with all the necessary accessories for assembling . However, I suggest to make sure it fits your connection hoses.

Love the design and height of this faucet. It was a simple install, but I did have to fix the way handles faced. Im pretty sure that was a user error, though, so just verify before tightening them down. The color and finish were very nice and matched the photo. One thing i didnt realize until opening it was it has little colors on the handle to tell you hot and cold, which I thought was a nice touch. Especially for people who may have children in the home. Would highly recommend this bathroom faucet.

I have yet to install due to Needing to hire help to carry my new vanity up the stairs, the silver/chrome is beautiful and shiny, I choose this color because I want to match the handles but also have a timeless classic look with out being too bold on faucet choice.. it comes with all parts for installation. I really like the design and shape..its sharp and elegant , it also comes with the drain assembly
