Very sturdy product easy to install works great! Love the adjustable shower head height and handheld head. Would recommend this product

Received an item that was previously opened and manipulated (scratches on the paint finish and grease marks). Received a replacement that was also an open box, with loose and bent parts.... Disappointed but I couldnt get another replacement.... I received a full refund and will try to install it with what we have from both sets and update when done.
