I am very happy with my hot water dispenser. I appreciate that the faucet swivels and I like that it can run without touching the unit. My only complaint is that it looses its flow after about 2 cups and then starts to sputter and spit hot water.

Installed very easily. Looks beautiful and complements the faucet. Love the safety feature that you push on the handle before water is dispensed. Great feature so small hands can't help themselves without adult help.
