Title Beautiful Ladder, but Disappointed with the Damage and Replacement Process We absolutely love this ladder! It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and looks fantastic in our home. It’s exactly the look we were going for, and overall, we’re very happy with it. Unfortunately, it arrived with several dents and scratches straight out of the box. We contacted the company and ordered replacement parts over a month ago, but we still haven’t received them. It’s frustrating to spend this much on something and have to assemble it knowing it’s already damaged. We didn’t want to leave it sitting in pieces while waiting indefinitely for replacements. Aside from the damage and lack of follow-through on replacement parts, we really do love the ladder. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and a great addition to our home. I just wish the condition upon arrival and the customer service matched the quality of the design.

I absolutely love this ladder. I did not mount the sliding rail yet since I am mid project with a built in bookcase. The materials are of nice quality and very sturdy. The overall ladder is quite heavy and I would recommend at least two peope to move it. The wheels were the worst parts to assemble since the area for turning the allen wrench was tight. I would recommend an extended power drill tip to get into the tight spot easily for tightening. I plan on staining the steps a deeper walnut color but the natural wood is also pleasant. This is a great purchase!

I was so excited to get this rolling library ladder ….Arrived fast, laid out all the pieces and started assembly…directions were clear and was able to put it together myself…black iron rails are nice and the steps are thick….then went to install rolling part….i apparently didn’t measure correctly and was short…so bummed….now I will have someone else measure again and order the right size this time ….cant wait till the right sized to get here

The product is good however the express shipping was a failure. The product arrived 5 days later than the date - there was no explanation as to why it was held up and in addition the refunded amount was $3 short because of company policies to "keep competitive shipping process" Was not sure how that applied to this case where Wayfair was behind on the shipping and cause a delay in the arrival past the expedited shipping date and setting back the installation process of the project. Overall product is good but points deducted on the companies end.

good over-all, well designed, the steps could be finished better,
