Highly disappointed in Wayfair for the first time. Delivered on Sunday, I can't reach a live agent but they asked for a review already and this is it. HORRIBLE. We ordered a railing for outside and it came with an 18" bad flaw. Not sure if this is paint or the way the metal was shaped, but it is a raised flaw and not smooth. I can't return it because I am disabled and do not have the means for boxing it back up. BUT I will call Wayfair when they open and voice my annoyance with this. BUYER beware, their quality assurance team is not on the ball! SO WAYFAIR SENT A REPLACEMENT WITH THE SAME TO WORSE FLAW ON THE RAILING. WAYFAIR DID REFUND THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE, BUT WE STILL HAVE UNUSABLE RAILINGS BECAUSE THE EDGES ARE SHARP. WE WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A RAILING THIS TIME. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM WAYFAIR FOR A WHILE. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE A QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE. TOO BAD BECAUSE THE PICTURES THEY SHOW OF ITEMS LOOK GOOD..... TOO BAD
