Nameek's products are made with the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Nameek's products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or craftsmanship under normal usage within a one (1) year period of your purchase date (the "warranty period"). Nameek's, at its election, will repair or replace the product (whichever cost is smaller) at its own expense (excluding shipping and installation charges). This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required. Nameek recommends a licensed plumber or professional for all installations or repairs. Nameek does not imply that the products comply with local building and plumbing codes. The customer is responsible to determine if the product complies with their local building and plumbing codes. Nameek is not responsible for any damage due to improper installation, improper repair, improper use, improper maintenance, altered products, or failure to use a licensed plumber or professional. Any damage to the purchased product as a result of negligence, modification, misuse, or abuse will void the warranty. Nameek is not responsible for any expenses related to labor charges, removal costs, or installation costs. Nameek is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred in the installation, repair, replacement, return, or use of the product. This includes, without limitation, freight costs, property damages, personal injuries, or economic loss. Nameek's liability on any claim, in no event, shall exceed the original purchase price of the product. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.
