What I received is not what's listed in the descriptions, so, it's not what I had intended to receive. The first one I received, I called customer service, gave the code, we reviewed the description and they felt I had received the wrong shower head and shipped out another one verifying the product code (it was the same item). I had used a shower head while in Paris, I really liked it and wanted to get one like what I had used. The one in Paris was round and shorter and this is flat and longer. I gave it four stars because it's a fine shower head for the price-no frills.
