The door is fine, but took almost 3 months to ship from Wayfair facilities within our state. It was infuriating. This is our second time waiting this long for a shipment and needless to say we will not be shopping at Wayfair again.

Strange door size couldn't find at any big box or local retailer. Arrived in perfect condition and was able to install with no issues.

The door arrived so poory packaged that it was unusable from the get-go. Renin opted to ship a hollow-core door slab in nothing but shrink-wrap, which is astounding. All for corners, entirely unprotected & unbuffered, where damaged. They we all bent or split as you can see in the photos I'v attached. Additionaly, the door is filthy and cannot be easily painted as a result. I am not just talking about small stains or scuffs - it seems to ave heavily rubbed against something metal and the result is some kind of deep mark that is impossible to get off. The door quality itself is fine, but they couldn't possible cut more corners in the way they sent it. The door is entirely unusable and I will not be buying from Renin again.
