Had it about 6 months. Every day or two it fails to work and have to cycle power to make it work again

love the product and everything hate the fact you gotta find a dealer to get any parts or anything

I installed the heater about a year ago and it has worked flawlessly since then. At first I was concerned that our lower water pressure may be a problem, but it turned out not to be an issue. Fuel efficiency has been excellent as well.

Love getting rid of the bulky old water heater in my garage. Works well, I can run multiple appliances at once.

Two weeks after installation in an outside wall, we had 0 degrees temperatures. We lost electricity so I kept the water running slowly (gas cannot light without electricity). Then we lost water. I was sure the water heater was going to be busted when the water and electricity came back on. I had no problems at all. Leaving the water running slowly evidently drained the water heater and prevented it from breaking. I was very pleasantly surprised.
