Compact unit with very high efficiency. Supplies plenty of water with showers, washing machine, dishwasher all running at once. Worth the switch from a regular tanked water heater.

Great quality unit at a decent price. Comes with recirculating pump and thermo-valve. Installation is relatively easy but does need dedicated intake + vent pipes - so may need to cut a new hole in outside wall.

The Rinnai tankless water heater was installed 12/25 and has been working perfectly. Consistent with hot water usage. Once in a while the hot water runs out at the kitchen sink but gets hot again. What's a great 'perk' is the rebate program. Although it took a while waiting for the rebate, the gas company did come through with it. - YEAH! So far so good.
