Overall having an instant hot water system is nice. My water pressure feels like I’ve lost some pressure and the intermittent cold water ate my only complaints.

Had it installed in December in my 1955 brick ranch home! No regrets whatsoever! Hot water in a few seconds!!!

On demand hot water is so much more practical than heating water over and over and over in a day when you are not using it.

I dislike how long it takes for hot water to come out of the faucet. And initial settings on the heater weren’t even hot. Initial temp was set at 104, had to have service guys come out and change it to 140 the max allowable temp. When you are in the tub and want to add more hot water you have to allow a minute of cold water. My girlfriend is on a well and would not want to waste so much water waiting for the cold to turn hot out of the faucet.
