We are so glad we got this heater. The size is just right for our home, and the aesthetic is quite appealing (for a water heater)!

It was already attached to the house when I purchased this home. The tankless water heater works great. Heats the water quickly and both showers can be used at the same time.

Have enjoyed this hot water heater, we have endless hot water.

This RINNAII-Series Plus Combi Boiler replaces my old fuel oil furnace. It is a great improvement. Much quieter than my old system. It was easy to switch from natural gas to LP gas. We installed it about 2 months ago. So far, I would call it a great success and improvement.

I get satisfaction from the knowledge that I am no longer heating 40 gallons of water whether it’s needed or not. The small amount of wall space taken up by my Rinnnai water heater has opened up the space in my basement. My Rinnai was installed in October 2026. My initial electrical bill was very low and I’m looking forward to very low bills during this coming summer.
