This tankless water heater replaced one I had for 20 years. I love that I can do laundry, run the dishwasher and take a shower at the same time without running out of water ever. Very efficient for lower gas bills too.

We have a on-demand water heater in our new home of 7 months. Compact and efficient. No problems noted.

You can get endless hot water but can take a long time to get to the tap. Waste a lot of water waiting for hot water to be hot. Have had the unit 6 months.

We live in this new home which came equipped with Rinnai water heater and it works great. The original one developed a small water leak but instead of repairing it Rinnai replaced the complete unit with a brand new one and they did it fast. So far so good.

This is the 4th propane Rinnai we have owned. Really like the on demand hot water that doesn’t run out. The rebate from Rinnai never came in the mail which was an incentive for the purchase. This system in a multi story large house needs either their recirculating system or an under the kitchen sink electric water heater for the delay in getting hot water to appear. It is easy to turn the operating temperature down in the Summer and up in the Winter.
