I now have two Rinnai water heaters, one in my Nebraska home and one in my Texas home. I love never running out of hot water! I have had my first water heater for about 17 years. I installed the second one last winter in Texas.

We have all the hot water we need and the fact that it does not run out is great. It does not take long for the hot water to reach the showers. The only thing I do not like is that when in use the smell that comes from the water heater is bad and strong. It is an outside unit, but unfortunately close to our back deck.

We like having enough hot water to shower one after the other when the children are home. Efficiency of gas use and electricity are great. The fact that the gas companies in the area sell and service the Rinnai tank less hot water heater was a big factor in purchasing this brand. We have been well pleased and would recommend Rinnai tank less hot water heater to new and existing home owners.
