It is a beautiful faucet and looks like very good quality. But the installation was not that easy.We did call the company and they send us a small part which we did need. The customer service was excellent..Instructions lacks more information.

We have yet to install the faucet so I have it 4 stars but hoping it will be a 5 star product. The look is absolutely beautiful. The finish is spotless so stunning. Can’t wait to feature this in our nee bathroom. My husband is a high end home builder and he said this price for this product is crazy good (we got it at 50 off). It is superior to Moen’s similar products for long term durability according to him. Very happy with our purchase.
