I wanted this smart toilet because I was fascinated by the warm seat, the auto open/close feature, and the built-in bidet. After placing the order, I realized we needed an electrical outlet near the toilet for all of those features to actually work. Fortunately, my uncle is handy and installed the required outlet before the toilet even arrived.
When it showed up, everything was packaged really well and securely. We were excited to get it installed and decided to attempt installation ourselves, a couple of amateurs like us were able to remove an old toilet and install the smart one. It also came with everything we needed for the installation, which made the process even easier.
The toilet itself has been amazing. The flush is very powerful, the heated seat works great, and you can adjust the temperature to your preference. It senses when you sit down, has a foot-touch flush if you want to use it, an auto-flush option, and several bidet cleaning settings. It even has a night light that makes the toilet look bright. I had my dad be the first one to test it out and told him to try every button. His verdict? He loved it. He said the bidet worked really well and left him feeling completely clean. He even wiped afterward just to check, and there was nothing there.
The only thing I’d mention is that when I originally placed the order, the listing advertised an auto open and close lid. By the time it shipped and arrived, that feature was no longer listed or included. It wasn’t a dealbreaker since we still love the toilet, but it was a little strange that the product description changed after I ordered it. It's been amazing and has worked as shown. It's easy to clean fit the space just as well as a regular toilet. Looks sleek and the features have been a game changer.
