The water supply lines are too short. I had to buy two 12-inch extensions (one for the cold water supply, another for the hot water supply) to make it work on a 30 inch high counter. Thank goodness the hardware store was open late the day of the install.

Looks good. Good quality. Once you pull the hose out though, it doesn’t completely go back. Could be a fault in installation though.
