This item arrived damaged three times. The first time the button was cracked in two, the second the water cover on the button was coming off and the button would not click properly and the third time the finish was damaged with many spots, see photos.

Overall pleased with the towel warmer. Details on hardwire install were limited prior to purchase as well as actual instructions in box. I am in Canada and wire cannot just pass into the wall. need to be in a junction box or conduit. The instructions states to not use either. I was able to modify the parts included to use a standard 1/2" conduit to met electrical codes.
