We had a horrible experience with this shower head. First of all, the flange provided that covers the hole in the wall was the wrong size. We could not find one that fit properly and our contractor ended up having to drill an appropriately sized hole in it. Little did we know that was the least of our worries. Some of the connecting pieces are plastic, which lead to leaks. Our contractor was worried about tightening them too much as it could snap. The biggest problem was that the design of the shower head ends up putting a lot of weight on the plumbing inside the wall. The pulling of the shower head on the plumbing inside the wall (despite using plumbers tape and ensuring pipes were connected properly lead to a leak behind our brand new shower wall that lead to extensive water damage affecting 3 rooms in our home. We are over the 30 days, so we cannot even get money back. Our contractor ended up taking away the handheld shower head and pole so that there would be less weight until we can replace the whole thing. So now we just have the waterfall shower head on its own, which seems to be fine, but we really wanted the handheld feature. I strongly recommend against buying this product. We had a professional install it, and even then have had nothing but problems.

Looks so high end for the price point!! Would purchase again.

Valve was sent correct finish, but shower system was another. Not the end of the world, Lisa in cs took care of refund.

We have used this shower system for about a month now. It is working perfectly, and I love the style.

Lovely upgrade for our guest bathroom.
