My only disappointment is there are no hardware with this door purchase. Otherwise the quality of the door is exceptional. PLEASE BE AWARE that you are only getting the door, no hardware included. That's frustrating because there is a picture that says "door included." Well, yes if you are buying the door, it should be included. It would have made more sense to say Hardware not included. You are only paying for the door. Yes, the advertisement is truthful, you do get the door but it somehow led me to believe that ok hardware was included. My mistake. Back to the door. It is a nice and heavy door and I can't imagine anything would ruin this door other than a flood. It was also sent in a box which kept the door from any damages. It's worth the purchase, just as long as you know you are only GETTING THE DOOR. I do not believe the outer boards are real wood, however the main middle part of the door is solid wood. Great door!

When this door was first delivered I (and the delivery men) were a little skeptical of its condition, but to my delight, it is perfect! They packaged this SO WELL. It was ready for any bump in the road in transport- triple layered corners (one of those layers being an inner wood corner protector) along with pieces of wood screwed into each corner for extra protection in transport, foam all around, plastic to secure it all and a crate for extra durability. This door is SOLID. The accents are beautiful and you can see that it is slightly stepped on the long trim vs the short trim. I cannot wait to have this installed. We are finishing our basement currently, but with COVID-19, we have been delayed a bit with getting contractors into the house.

THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DOOR FINISH I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE TEXTURE IS LIKE GLASS ONLY WHITE, FEELS LIKE IT MUST HAVE BEEN PAINTED,SANDED AND PAINTED AND SANDED AGAIN REALLY NICE. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR THE HARDWARE AND TRTACK CO BE SHIPPED SO I CAN INSTALL IT. I DIDNT GET THE HARDWARE PACKAGE WHEN THEY SHIPPED IT,SO I CALLED WAYFAIR CUST SERVICE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IN MINUETS,IT IS GOING TO BE SHIPPED RIGHT AWAY.HOORAY FOR WAYFAIR

Very pleased with the door! They are in fact solid wood. My plan is to make it a barn door but I have not bought the hardware yet. My husband thinks it’s to plain so that’s why I gave it a four star but it’s exactly as pictured on the website

I love this door! It's solid and so well made! It did take awhile to receive the door, but it was well worth the wait! It was packaged and delivered in a solid wooden box. My son loves his new door to his room.
