For my first time ordering with Wayfair, it has been nothing but a big headache, and frustration. I ordered 2 doors on 2/19/25 and paid over $2,500 for them. I received an email that they would be delivered on 3/6/25. I clicked on track my package on 3/6/25, and noticed that in fact my doors would not be delivered, they are on backorder. I never received an email stating that the doors were on backorder. I then received an email stating that I would receive my doors between 3/11-3/16/25. On 3/13/25 I received another email that my doors were scheduled to be delivered the next day (3/14/25). I got excited, only to turn around and be disappointed again. They delivered the hardware to 1 door, but not the other door, and I did not receive my 2 doors, but they marked off that my entire order was delivered. I called customer service only to find out that apparently my entire order (4 boxes) was in fact on the delivery truck, but the delivery guys only delivered 1 box of hardware. My husband asked the guys twice, "are you sure the rest of my stuff is not on that truck" and was told no. Now we were told that they have us set up to receive the 2 doors, and the other set of hardware tomorrow (3/15/25). We are supposed to receive an email, as of yet we have not received an email with a confirmed delivery date of tomorrow (3/15/25). My husband is so upset with our first experience with Wayfair, and he said that he will never order from them again.
