I like the item but there are flaws on the handle. I tried to register a damaged item statement but it would not let me go forward without a picture. Unfortunately, I am very limited in my computer capabilities and can not do that. Therefor, I was hoping to get that piece replaced, but I will have to live with the defect. Very disappointed.
