Love these pulls! We haven’t installed them yet so I can’t speak on the simplicity of that process but they look amazing and feel very well made and sturdy.

I ordered this pull for our new closet. It is sleek and elegant. I love the feel of its compact material and noticeably fine built. Although, it did not come with the screws specified in the description. So I made a call to their QUICK SERVICE link. I was even more pleased with how their staff handled the issue. Kimberly T is a PRO! She is courteous, friendly, and accommodating. She was quick to offer appropriate resolutions and resolved the concern promptly through complimentary credit to my account for the inexact part of the ordered items. Also, she went, I believe, out of her way to check stores that could possibly sell the screws needed for the closet pulls. She is truly a great help! Keep it going Kimberly!
