It came beautifully packaged. My contractor installed it with any issues. He placed it chair height, which is needed for safety. Excellent craftsmen ship. I definitely recommend it. I researched cheaper ones, but you pay for what you get.

we are still in the middle of the remodel so we have not installed the seat yet. It is very heavy, so it is probably very sturdy.

I love this shower seat makes my bathroom look fancy and modern, however it’s very stiff for me to pull the seat down and close it back. Any recommendations as to what to do I paid too much money to not work correctly
