If you buy it, it needs to be specified that the lower faucet needs to be placed high enough so that the rain head can fit over someone’s head even at 10 years old. The joint to the rain head keeps leaking, probably due to the length. Also, the black is peeling off.

This has been an awful experience. First fixture arrived damaged with a broken valve. Replacement fixture was sent with another broken valve. New Valve piece finally received and went to install unit to find another piece damaged. Reported it to Wayfair to have them tell me they cannot process a claim because the item is over 30 days. Now the fixture has been installed for about two months with the broken knob that controls the up and down of the rain shower head that Wayfair wouldn’t help me replace, and now the rain shower head keeps raising up on its own.

Rubber gasket for valve fittings too thin and fragile, it’s easy to tear and causes leaking.

Three water spout setting are great. The center control nozzle doesn’t square up( slightly off causing to leak if not slightly off center). Looks great in our new bathroom. Hoping it will serve us well in quality department.
