Great shower assembly system plenty of water pressure looks great and is very good quality

This set is beautiful, but it completely misses the mark with the pressure balanced system. This was installed in February and since then we have had to have multiple plumbing fixes (pressure values, wall opened to look at the pipes, ect) because it sounds like water hammer, when it is actually a faulty cartridge. I tried contacting the manufacturer for a replacement and they don't pick up the phone, and the email bounced back. At this point I will need to replace the whole system since I cannot seem to get a cartridge replacement from the manufacturer.
