I purchased a fireplace through Wayfair, which arrived on time, but the finishing frame was missing. I installed it several months later due to building my new home and then noticed the problem. Heat does not flow into the room, and cold air enters through the gap. The fireplace has never been used and currently serves only as decoration. Please send the missing finishing frame so it can function properly.
