Baignoire de trempage en acrylique 60 po x 30 po Signature 446975

This is really a review of Wayfair, and the terrible policies they have resorted to. I order countless items a year for clients because for many years they had great customer service and took care of trade professionals. The first tub was damaged, and it looks like they repacked and sent the same damaged tub a second time. When I contacted them I was bounced around between reps with no resolution. I reached out via online chat and was offered a replacement in 2 weeks (I've been waiting almost a month already with plumbing fees and project delays adding up) or 20% refund to keep and use a completely cracked and unusable tub! They refuse to pick up the damaged tub. Now I have to pay to have the cracked tub removed, and order a new tub from a different vendor. I was told my long time trade rep is no longer available, and have not been able to speak to another manager. Poorly done Wayfair.

I think it's a good balance of well made, yet light enough to manipulate. Good quality materials, reasonable price, and a nice look.

I've installed a few of these now, and appreciate it's appearance. It's sturdy, and has a good coat or a hard acrylic on it.

The bathtub was not 60 inches as advertised, my contractor had to put in shims because it was short. That’s very disappointing considering the cost

This tub is very substantial and well made - you can tell it is a high quality item just by looking at it. Everyone who sees this tub comments on how attractive it is - I highly recommend it.
