Looks great but the shower arm started falling off because the shower head is too heavy and the arm does not have a good support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could be that my installer did not take off a plastic coating appropriately, but the base (piece behind the handle) has a film that is slowly, coming off. What is underneath is the appropriate finish, but what is weird is that the "plastic" is not coming off in one sheet. Im pretty sure I can get it all off safely (somehow) but I just havent taken the time. There is also a squeal once in a while while the shower is running. Otherwise, it is as advertised.
