I wrote a review several weeks ago titled “Disappointed” and have since reached out to Signature Hardware to see if they might offer a replacement drawer and side panel. Imagine my surprise when they said “no, so we’ll send out a complete replacement “! I couldn’t figure out how to edit my review so I’m writing this in all fairness. I’ve already received the new vanity. Great way to stand behind the 25 year manufacturer warranty and I wish I had called sooner.

I give this vanity a 3 ⭐️review because it is BEAUTIFUL and is exactly what I wanted!! HOWEVER after only 2 years the side of the vanity that is not directly against a wall is bowing/peeling as it is NOT wood but particle board☹️Another year later the top drawer handle came off-maybe a well placed washer behind the drawer could’ve prevented it? The top drawer fronts are particle board as well. If I ever need another vanity I will be very specific in finding an ALL wood one like I thought I was purchasing here. I can’t find anywhere in the description that mentions parts of it are made with particle board. It only says wood. I have not contacted them as of yet primarily because I couldn’t find my receipt until recently but after reading the manufacturer’s warranty it will probably be chalked up to ’wear & tear’. Now I’m trying to find someone to fix it. No one wants a small job like this anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re still in the middle of our remodel, so the vanity isn’t fully installed yet. We ordered this months ago and were notified that it was on back order until August. They gave us the option to refund and order a different product. Since, we had other projects, we agreed to wait. Then we were notified that they were out of stock until September and again offered a refund. We received it a little over a week ago. It arrived securely packaged and in good condition. It is a solid construction. We chose the black granite top which looks gorgeous with the white cabinet. The brass hardware is really pretty and makes it on trend. My only criticism of the piece itself, so far, is that the drawers are very small. I realize that they are cut to accommodate the plumping, but we have another sort of similar new vanity that doesn’t sacrifice as much storage. BUT this is so pretty and is in a guest bathroom, I’m okay with it. Had it not been for the delays and the smaller drawers, it would have been five stars.
