Honestly dissatisfied compared to the tub I had before this is very cheaply made not very flashy, but my mistake for buying it too and not being able to return it

Doesn't have light. Having to replace the clamps that attach air lines because they keep popping off causing water to leak, making the tub virtually useless. But otherwise it's a lovely experience. Hope the repairs fix the problem for good.

Tub is nice, but not as amazing as expected . We got the black . The fixtures don’t quite look as high end as the picture and the packaging was not amazing . No foam or bubble wrap except a very thin paper wrap inside the box . The box on the outside was very beat up and the head rests we’re banging around in the box loose . Haven’t hooked it up yet but excited to see how it works.

The tub is great. The delivery was not good. The crate says keep flat, facing up, but it was delivered on its side. Also, they just left it in the driveway. A quick knock or text to say it is here, would have been great. Thank you Brian
