Très mauvaise qualité. J’ai acheter cet évier il y a à peine 14 mois et installé il y 1 an et voici des signes de rouilles sur le rebord. Après avoir contacté Wayfair, ils dégagent en touche et me répondent que la garantie est échue donc rien à faire…. Très déçue pour une cliente de près de 7ans.

Ordered a 32x19 kitchen sink. Received TWO consecutive wrong items over two weeks. My construction project has been completely stalled plumbing, countertop, trim, and paint all blocked . The house cannot be listed for sale. Customer service kept promising resolution but the delivery date moved every single day. Wayfair’s warehouse has a serious fulfillment problem with this product. am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wayfair. I ordered a kitchen sink, and they sent me the wrong item. Thinking it was a one-time mistake, I placed the order again—only to receive the wrong item a second time. I contacted customer service multiple times, explaining the situation calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to return the item, with no real effort to fix the issue or take responsibility for repeated mistakes. This is unacceptable, especially after the same error happened twice. Because of these errors, I had already scheduled a plumber and ended up paying extra costs out of my own pocket. Despite explaining this, no compensation or meaningful support was provided. It feels like they simply do not care about their customers once the payment is made. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Wayfair. Customers should not have to deal with repeated mistakes, wasted time, and additional expenses due to poor service. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you expect reliability or proper customer care.
