Amazing quality and super clear pattern. Love the gel like texture and high shine as well. I cut mine to size using a box cutter, a thick cutting board, and a straight edge to guide my blade and it worked great. Just a tip, you can use the protective back piece as a template once you’ve peeled it off. I used this a couple of times for the tricky areas around the window trim and up towards the cabinets. I tested the first pack a couple of months ago to see how they held up and decided to buy more after seeing how well they performed. I love the look of this tile with the added grout detail especially. I will definitely buy Smart Tiles again in the future. They were so incredibly easy and satisfying to use.

It was described exactly as it’s shown. Lovely print.

these seem quite cheesy for the money. cushioned, so it cannot be trimmed without looking weird

Easy to install, and looks like real tile.
