Everything went smoothly until FedEx shipped my parcel to the wrong door. Then I had to deal with the wayfair woman telling me that it was my fault. After getting FedEx to acknowledge their error and repeated emails with wayfair I finally got them to change their minds. By the way, wayfair has a decision process that does not include the customer and is on a deadline and if you don't respond in time you will automatically lose your order. BUT, once they had to accept that the fault was not mine, they did not have a deadline, or any rush, to send me a replacement. This really makes me think twice about shopping here. It felt hopeless and uncaring, and it got me really upset. And, it created a lot of problems with my plumber, but they did not care. Way too many emotions for what is supposed to be a simple purchase. Not impressed.
