Très très beau, très pratique

We bought this item for our kitchen in 2022 and it worked well and as expected until this year, 2026. The pull down spout no longer switches between high pressure water and regular.

The battery pack was faulty after not even a full year of use. We looked into having it wired to our electricity, but the manual doesn't provide any information about the manufacturer and compatable equipmet needed for wiring. Customer service reused to provide any assistance or information because I didn't purchase the extended warranty.
