This louvered door arrived as expected, on time. It was packaged well, with clear markings as “fragile” to prevent damage. The door appeared to be as advertised and undamaged. Hardware was available as were instructions. All parts were identified and there was a notice saying if parts were missing or broken, that they would be replaced. The quality of the doors and hardware is better than expected.

We are very happy with our barn doors. It helped close an opening without having a swing or pocket door. It is a great addition for our needs
