It’s a nice door. Apparently I received it 33 days ago according to Wayfair. I’m in the middle of a remodel and a few days ago my contractor opened the box door from the sides being careful not to scratch the glass. I had just visited the ER for second-degree chemical burns stemming from a medical procedure. When I was able I looked at the door on both sides and discovered the big gouge. I did buy an open box item that clearly had been damaged. When you buy open box there’s still an expectation that the item is not damaged. I lost track of the time so I’ll take accountability but Wayfair says there’s nothing they can do. Even though I’m a long time loyal customer. I get it. But the door should have been properly inspected from Wayfair to begin with being an open box item. I’ve been a customer for many years. Very disappointed. on inspecting returns. Buyer beware on Open Box items. I almost didn’t notice the scratch. It’s very hard to see until you look closely, but it’s 3 12 ft long. ShMe on the customer for returning a damaged item and shame on Wayfair for not inspecting properly . Shame on the customer Shame on the previous customer who. It got away with

Sturdy door and nice quality - the weight of it makes it seem like a pricier door. It is solid but with the mdf outer- well let’s just say be careful your contractor doesn’t place it in a place with standing water. The good news is the swelling that occurs dries out but you have to let it sit for days. The other thing is the primer on it is super glossy and even after sanding isn’t the easiest to paint. I would have left it with the glossy white if not for the water damage that took the finish off the corners. Basically it’s a good door just take care in the install.

The doors arrived without damage. They’re beautiful & sturdy doors. These replaced bedroom doors.

Beautiful, very nice but it took a little work to attach henges and door knob that didn’t come with it.
