I've purchased other products from the Smedbo manufacturer before and have been very happy with them. These towel rings are described as being polished stainless steel, however, they're more of a satin polised finish. They're definitely not as shiny as my other accessories that are polished stainless and look like more of a chrome finish. I'm not sure why these ones were different from the same manufacturer. I orderd some different ones from you (which should be here today) that I know for certain are the finish I want. I do appreciate the great selection.
