This is a review of Wayfair more than the product. I’ve used Smedbo for decades and the quality is exceptional, the styles sleek and timeless. Unfortunately this item arrived damaged —the arm is bent upwards. I followed the return instructions, filled out the forms and questions, sent multiple photos including with a ruler showing the degree of the bend, gave my phone number for the chat with a rep to determine what to do next… and two weeks later I’ve heard nothing. So I ordered the item from elsewhere and suppose I’ll just throw it away.

Part of smedbo line, so stylish and modern. Only complaint is that screw on the end that secures the drop down bar loosens a bit over time
