This is not as advertised. The system isn’t designed correctly. The water comes out at the main shower head so when you use the diverter for the handheld water comes out both the handheld and overhead. The handheld is useless. After we installed it and noticed the problem the plumber removed the diverter. It had three holes but it only switched between two of them. We thought this was the problem so we contacted Wayfair who after a few days requested a video which we sent. Ultimately it was decided to send a new system. This took well over two weeks. Once we received the new system it was apparent to the plumber that because of how the water was entering the system it would never work correctly. We’ve had to spend another $100 for a work around. If you want a shower head and handheld that work independently with no water coming out of the other do not order this system.

Mixed emotions. I’ll start off with My wife bought this. This was a pain to install. The “instructions” were gawd awful and it would have been better off without sending them in the first place. If you know a little bit of plumbing, it’ll be fine . Theres a QR code you can use to watch a video to help you except… there’s no video to help install. Just a couple videos about different products. I’d personally never buy this product again or a product from a company that I’ve never heard of…but .. that’s not how marriage goes sometimes. Kinda weak pressure but looks nice
