This is beautiful. I would purchase this again. It's durable, beautiful, and adds a splash of antiquity to the entire project.

It looks nice and seems to be good quality but hasnt been installed yet to rate its functionality only reason I gave 45 stars

I bought this showerhead two years ago, and I like the simplicity and functionality of the design. The construction of the showerhead seems sturdy and well-made however, there have been a couple of malfunctions that are notable flaws for the design. First of all for pros, the mechanism that holds the detachable sprayer works really well, despite constant use. It is easy to adjust the position of the sprayer in the holder. The detachable sprayer settings are just what you need and it’s easy to switch between them. The valve to switch between the showerheads turns easily. Overall, the functionality is uncomplicated and well thought out. Now for the cons this showerhead lost its first star, probably within the first month of use when the soap dish broke off the first time it got bumped with an elbow. Now, the ring that the soap dish used to be attached to is permanently stuck on the bar that the detachable sprayer is attached to in hindsight I would just not install the soap dish. The second con happened after two years of use and is why I knock it down another star. The plastic piece between the hose and the handle for the detachable sprayer broke clean off so now that doesn’t work. I also ordered this product in oil rubbed bronze, and the paint on the hose has been chipping off from general use. I would still recommend the showerhead though and I hope I can get a replacement sprayer so I don’t have to completely replace the whole thing.

While I have no complaints about the rain head or the movable shower head the valve cartridge and trim are another story. Installed as directed in manual and found the cold water coming out when on hot position. Obviously troubleshooting I checked my photos to make sure water was piped correctly. It is. Checked to see if valve cartridge could be rotated. It cannot as it won’t seat correctly due to orientation nubs on cartridge. Ordered a replacement. Received and it’s the same situation. The only real solution would be re piping the supply lines to the “incorrect” sides.Or buying a different in wall valve assembly and replace but neither is a great option considering the tile shower surround and general inconvenience. So now we just use it hot at bottom strung and cold at top. Detail wise the trim plate lettering is weird, look at photo.

Had the plumber install this during our guest bath remodel. So far, it's been working great. It's much bigger than I thought and one of my older guests was a bit intimidated by it but once I showed her how to use, she was fine. If you're tall, you will love this! The rain shower is soft but effective and the hand held unit is a nice plus.
