After a year, the handles were very hard to turn. This didn’t happen with my other sink faucets, so it seems like the problem is with this faucet.

Absolutely gorgeous faucet! Unfortunately when I received it it was missing the protective covering for the spout itself and has scratches on it at the base. I ordered this for a clients bathroom and they prefer not to keep it because of the scratch. So, unfortunately I am having to return it and find something else locally. But, if I was not in a rush for it… I would definitely re-order
