I ordered the Glenwynn 1.28 Elongated “One-Piece” toilet. I received a “two-piece” same brand toilet instead. The manufacturer, Speakman, shipped the product. I first went on the Speakman.com website to get the sku for the “One-Piece” toilet (T-5001). I contacted Wayfair and requested a replacement with a T-5001 (e.g. one piece) toilet which is what was advertised. The Wayfair rep was very nice and helpful which is the usual however the manufacturer, Speakman, sent the same “two-piece” toilet, sku T-5000-E instead of T-5001 (one-piece). I have not had the two piece toilet installed yet but will since I’ve been unable to get what was advertised despite detailed notes and pictures communicated to Wayfair concerning the “wrong product” being delivered. I’m pretty sure the toilet will function fine. Because of the wrong product being received however I am giving 3 stars based on “wrong product being shipped twice”. Star rating is not a reflection of the product quality. Despite this mix up, I appreciate Wayfair’s attempts on trying to get the manufacturer to ship a one-piece toilet. Update 21222 Though I received a 2 piece toilet rather than a 1 piece toilet, following installation and use over several months I am very pleased with the the purchase! Functionally the toilet works very well and a great replacement for the Toto Toilet removed. I am upgrading to 5 stars! Update October 2024 This toilet suddenly stopped flushing properly and water would continuously run. On examination of the tank, it was discovered that the plunger had broken(see photos). Water was cut off at the wall, broken plunger was removed and we will try to find replacement. Decreasing stars from 5 to 2 since we have had this toilet for less than 2 years.

Very sleek design! Extremely well packaged so there is no need to fear if you want a design that does not come in the typical box stores. I love that it both is easy to put together and easy to clean!

We are looking forward to Installing our new water efficient toilet next month when we remodel our bathroom. The toilet was delivered within a week of ordering it. The style of the toilet is nice and modern. It arrived packed nicely with no damage.

I love everything about this toilet especially the look. It has a sleek modern look that makes my bathroom look amazing. I get compliments on it. Its sleek and easy to clean because there are no indentations. The flush is powerful and cleans the toilet. The toilet is comfortable and when you close the seat cover and the toilet cover, you experience a quiet flawless close. There is not loud thump. You in fact only have to touch both lightly and it closes automatically on its own. I give this toilet 6 stars out of 5. Delivery was super quick That said, this is not a simple toilet to install. And, if you’re putting it next to a wall, may God have mercy on your soul. The flange bolts are very hard to access and you are going to spend about an hour turning the bolts about 3° every five seconds constantly questioning all your life choices. I’m not a plumber but I have installed probably 30–40 toilets in my life and this one was the hardest I’ve ever done without something being broken. I’m not saying you shouldn’t get this. It’s a beautiful fixture and you’ll love it once it’s done, but boy is it a rough hour or two if you’re doing it alone. Definitely consider using the new “better than wax” fluidmaster seal. It’ll make things go easier. Also make sure your flange bolts are aligned well before putting the toilet in position. It’s heavy and will bend them if you’re not careful. Good luck.
