Solid and well made, very nice appearance but top arrived broken (Wayfair is making it right but very inconveneient), missing all of the screws, small damages/chips including a scratch mark that was fixed with a sharpie. Not easy to assemble!

It get the job done, but definitely a “you get what you pay for”. Broken and missing parts. Screws came in 1 bag that I had to separate myself. Super wobbly. Reinforced with hardware I bought separately. Instructions were unclear and had to start over twice.
