I have had to get a 3rd unit due to the first 2 starting making horrible noises

Did not cool the room bc of the heat coming from the unit itself and the great coming in from the window through the hose, even after purchasing insulated hose cover and waterproofing supplies. With the amount of money I spend on trying to keep the heat out, it ended costing more than a 8000 BTU window air conditioner that freezes me out, so dont water your money! It does forever work as a dehumidifier pretty well but you can buy a dehumidifier cheaper than the end cost of this thing!
