This is not a review about the knobs but is a review of failed customer service. The knobs themselves are wonderful, but I ordered green and was sent brown. The first 3 phone calls to report the error in sending the WRONG colored knobs, I was again sent the wrong color (brown again). So I reported the error again, The third set of knobs also came back brown. The solution is to order directly from the artist himself.
