I loved it. Easy to install, very simple and easy to setup. If you have a miter saw, it should even better to cut the edges.

These look so good! The tile is very rigid in contrast to cheaper peel and stick tiles i have purchased in the past. The grout lines are actually stone composit which makes it both realistic looking and difficult to piece together cuts if the grout cracks. I would buy more than the recommended 10% overage. I would go at least 25% over. It is VERY sticky and these are not going to come off easily. Some tips from research and other reviewers that I thought was really smart: - Make a template of the space and then put your tiles on the template and mark where to cut. Then place them. - dry fit it after cutting to make sure it fits perfectly. You will not be able to move it once it is stuck. - make or buy the soap/water spray that aids in being able to position the tiles without sticking. This is a life saver. - the tiles itself is great, but herringbone is a notoriously difficult pattern to work with. Make a plan before hand on how to handle corners and edges and order trim if necessary so you can have a bigger float gap. - use a thick cutting mat or workshop surface - use a razor and straight edge to score them, then snap them in half and score the back foam pad from the back. If you are making a cut around an outlet, make the scores extra deep ... sometimes the tile would snap on the grout line instead of the score line if it wasn't a straight vertical cut. - there are some bur fleas at the corners, I just used a gentle plastic scrub tool after I was all done and they came off with no effort. All of that said, these are beautiful and make me so happy when I walk in my kitchen! I just moved in to my new house and didn't love the kitchen but didn't want to rip it out for another couple years. I also didnt want it to look temporary. These are perfect .... they have excellent variation! Out of the two boxes I bought, I don't think I could pick out two that were alike.
