Warms well, but buttons malfunction at times. Pretty good warmer like the top where towels can also be stored

I bought two. Had them installed as a remodeled bathroom. First, it's quite narrow, bath towels must be folded to thread onto towel warmer. I wish they made it at least one towel WIDE. Warms nicely, lowest temp is 45*C , Afraid I'd burn myself if any higher. the top shelf has curved heated slots, I tried to put a tray with scented waxmelts up there but it was unstable due to the curvatures of the bars. Finally I failed to put it within reach of the shower. So I would change the orientation Design, make the top shelf more stable, and consider putting it in a more reachable position. It warms quickly and we had to install a wall outlet for it to plug into, which is connected to a light switch ( optional). You can control it directly on the control panel, No need to tie it into a wall switch.
