I absolutely love this toilet. It does sit up high. The only thing im not happy about is the seat is a thin plastic.

The worst product ever!! If I could give negative stars I would. We just unbox the product this week since moving into ur new home. The toilet is extremely cheaply made. The handle is PLASTIC and falls off! See photo. I've never experienced a cheap toilet. Truck stops don't have toilets with plastic handles!!! I feel very cheated since this toilet was over $200. How can I request my money back now - its used!!

This toilet is very tall, which is what we wanted. The black is nice, BUT very strange that the bolt covers at the bottom are white!! My contractor was dumbfounded, said he’d never seen that before. ♀️

Too tall- we hate it. Feels like you are using the toilet standing up. We bought a step stool to help but no relief. Can’t afford to replace now- this toilet is uncomfortable for my 6’4” hubby- bathroom is no longer his favorite place…
