Product received cracked and damaged. When I contacted customer service, they informed me I have to deal with the Manufacturer as they are the ones who provide the warranty. But Wayfair collected the payment. Now, I'm told I have to wait 2 days to hear from the manufacturer by email about picking up and returning the toilet. Why doesn't Wayfair, who profited, handle the pickup and return and THEY deal with the Manufacturer? Really makes we question any further purchases from Wayfair.

Excellent height for the tall people in our home! Happy with our purchase.

I needed a higher toilet because of some back issues. Good flush and soft, close seat and nice. I’m 5‘8“ and this is perfect. Easy to get up from my short friends feet dangle

Very easy to get on and off! Solid build.

This was our first tall toilet and we could not be more pleased. The install was easy from start to finish. The few extra inches and it much better.
